By listing with me your home gets the best exposure it needs in order for your home to sell. Believe it or not, the Multiple Listings Service is by far the best way to sell your property. It is a tool used by the public and Realtors (over 20,000 in the Lower Mainland) that are searching for their clients. Getting MLS exposure will not only increase your chances of selling your property, but will get the best offers for your property.
Upon signing the contract to list your property, we must offer a Buyers agent commission. Please note, if your property is sold to another Realtor, there will be a predetermined or negotiated commission paid to the other Brokerage / Realtor. There are no additional costs or fees from my end, only the agreed upon $2000.
Once your property is listed, you must be available for showings to potential buyers. Appointments will be made by phone, email or text (your preference).
